Procedure of bumper removal:

Step 1: Place the vehicle on a lift and raise it. Remove wheel arch liner bolts.
Step 2: Remove the lower bolts which are fixing the bumper.
Step 3: Raise the vehicle down and remove the upper bolts attached to the bumper.
Step 4: In order to release the bumper from the side retainers, move the bumper slightly to one side. Disconnect the electrical connections.

Procedure of headlamp units removal:

Step 1: Remove grill.
Step 2: Remove front wheels.
Step 3: Remove plastic shields under front guards.
Step 4: Remove the bolts which attach the bumper to the guards.
Step 5: Remove bumper.
Step 6: Remove the bolts which are retaining the headlamp unit and which are exposed after the removal of bumper.
Step 7: Lift clip which is located underneath the point where the grill is bolted on.

Procedure of road wheel removal:

Step 1: Take off the hub cap and all decorative wheel trim.
Step 2: Slightly loosen the wheel nuts or bolts, than jack up the car.
Step 3: Remove the nuts.
Step 4: Before taking the wheels off, mark the wheel and studs.

Procedure of batteries removal:

Step 1: Turn off the vehicle’s engine.
Step 2: Open the hood and place a blanket or pad over the fender.
Step 3: Remove the cables from the battery terminals.
Step 4: Remove all devices which are holding the battery in place.
Step 5: Remove the battery.
Step 6: Clean the tray on which the battery was standing with a little baking soda dissolved in water.
Step 7: Place the new battery on the tray.
Step 8: Replace the devices that held the old battery in place.
Step 9: Replace the battery cables on the terminals in reverse order from which you removed them.
Step 10: Take the old battery to a recycling center that accepts batteries.

Procedure of bonnet and boot trim removal:

Step 1: Remove the wheel arch liners.
Step 2: Remove the front bumper.
Step 3: Remove the bonnet catch.
Step 4: Remove the battery.
Step 5: Unclip the power supply fuse support plate.
Step 6: Pull out the fuse board support.
Step 7: Place the new battery on the tray.
Step 8: Replace the devices that held the old battery in place.
Step 9: Replace the battery cables on the terminals in reverse order from which you removed them.
Step 10: Take the old battery to a recycling center that accepts batteries.

Procedure of interior trim components removal:

Step 1: Repease rear ash tray panel from rear console, disconnect multiplug from power socket, and remove panel.
Step 2: Remove oddments tray liner, raise cubby box lid, and remove cubby box.
Step 3: Remove 2 screws securing the rear of the console.
Step 4: Remove screw cover and remove 2 screws securing front of the console.
Step 5: Disconnect multiplugs from window lift switches and if fitted, rear window isolator switch.

Procedure of exterior trim components removal:

Step 1: Remove the door guide rail from the door.
Step 2: Remove the screws from the door.
Step 3: Remove the B-pillar molding.
Step 4: Remove the B-pillar cover.
Step 5: Remove the air extractor grill.
Step 6: Remove the front combination lamp.
Step 7: Remove the front wheel molding screws.
Step 8: Remove the front wheel molding from the body.
Step 9: Remove the rear wheel molding screws.
Step 10: Remove the rear wheel molding from the body.
Step 11: Remove the mud guard.
Step 12: Remove the side step mounting bolts.
Step 13: Remove the side step from the body.
Step 14: Open the tailgate.
Step 15: Remove the C-pillar cover with the screws.
Step 16: Remove the C-pillar cover.
Step 17: Remove the roof molding.
